“Perth Sure Taxi” (PST) 
Term and condition 

1. Perth sure taxi is group of taxi driver.

2. We work according to all WA government rules and regulations.

3. Perth Sure Taxi is not responsible for lose or damage to your personal property during the trip.

4. If anything happens during your trip and you need to contact that taxi or the driver who drove you directly.

5. Perth Sure Taxi gives no guarantee that the taxi will be on time. We will always endeavour to ensure we will be on time. 

6. Email bookings are not confirmed until Perth Sure Taxi reply back to you to confirm your booking.

7. If a customer calls from a private number, no number or doesn't want to give their mobile or contact number we are not responsible if he/she does not get a taxi. To do business with you we require a valid contact 0424 740 140 and pickup address.

8. Perth sure taxi is group of taxi drivers. Every taxi driver work on individual so is taxi driver responsible for all the documents, Rules & Regulations.

9. All drivers are independent contractors and follow the rules & regulation set by On Demand Transport Department (WA). Perth Sure Taxi (PST) do not own any vehicle or employ any drivers. We are not a taxi dispatch service but we will connect you with the closet vehicle available for your booking through our own network.

10. For Airport pickup you the customer, must provide a valid Flight Number & Valid Phone Number to complete the booking .

11. Job requested from public places are not guaranteed to be covered ASAP.

12. The Customer shall not hold PST liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage which may be suffered by the Customer as a result of any failure by PST to provide a taxi to the Customer within any stipulated time even if PST has agreed to so provide the taxi or even if the Customer has advised PST of the possibility that any such loss or damage would result if the taxi is not provided at all or within the stipulated time.

13. The Customer undertakes with PST and agrees to indemnify PST from and against and in respect of any or all liabilities, losses, charges and expenses (including legal fees and costs on a full indemnify basis) claims, demands, actions and proceedings which PST may incur or sustain directly or indirectly from or by any reason of or in relation to the use or purposed use of PST network and shall pay such sums on demand.

14. The Customer shall not hold PST liable for the use of any personal information used make a taxi booking. PST may pass personal information at its discretion to a third party for the sole purpose of facilitating and improving the probability of successfully dispatching a taxi to the customer.

15. It is the customers responsibility to advise the driver the correct Domestic or International terminal when going to airport or correct train station to avoid mix up that might result in the customer missing a connection, flight or train. PST holds no liabilities, losses, charges and expenses (including legal fees and costs on a full indemnify basis) claims, demands, actions and proceedings which PST may incur or sustain directly or indirectly caused by such an event.

16. All fare quotes are only valid for 24 hours.

17. Emails booking only monitor from 7am to 8pm everyday.

18. Email booking not confirm until customer get confirmation email back from PST.

19. Customer can call 24/7 to PST

20. If PST can't provide you own taxi then we organize a taxi for you from other company.

22. Its customers responsibility to check all their stuff before leaving taxis. PST had no responsibility if you left behind something.
